Welcome to Sati Piercing & Fine Jewelry, We are a fully disposable and single use piercing only boutique in the beautiful cave spring community of Roanoke County Virginia. We opened in the area back in 2020 in the Downtown Roanoke area and moved into our current location in January 2023.
With years of experience we offer a safe and positive piercing experience regardless if it is your first piercing or you are adding to your existing body art, we our here to help guide you through your journey and your positive piercing experience!

Qaulity and professionalism
We take a lot of pride in offering a safe, calm and clean environment during your piercing experience with us, We have offered the highest quality and implant grade jewelry that is available since 2020 and continue to do so today.
We follow the guidelines from the Association of Professional Piercers and only order jewelry from companies that have been approved by their jewelry verification program and ensures that the jewelry is safely manufactured and polished, our owner Akio was a former member from 2018-2021 and plans on applying for the studio criteria application soon.
